• AI for Swiss businesses

Bring AI into your business without ChatGPT, Claude or other public AI, and without your data ever leaving Switzerland

Smart automation, local AI models and agents connected to your software. A 1SWISS1 engineer joins your teams in Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland and puts AI into production in six weeks.

•In short

01

1SWISS1 brings artificial intelligence into Swiss SMEs without relying on public AI such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and many others.

02

Our method combines classic automation with local language models, hosted in Geneva or on your premises.

03

We build AI agents connected to your software (bexio, Abacus, Microsoft 365, 3CX…) through MCP servers.

04

Access is managed user by user, every action is logged, and the solution is nFADP compliant.

05

First use case in production in 4 to 6 weeks, after a 5-day assessment.

•Can a business use AI without ChatGPT, Claude or other public AI?

Yes.
And in most cases, it is actually the better choice.

The real needs of an SME (processing invoices, sorting e-mails, checking files, summarising documents, handling calls) are met with automation and AI models running in Switzerland, without any foreign public service.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and many others are excellent consumer tools. But they are hosted outside Switzerland, they know neither your processes nor your software, and every document your staff paste into them leaves your control.

The AI that truly transforms a business does not look like a chat window. It looks like an invoice that books itself into the accounts, a file checked before anyone opens it, a customer call transcribed, summarised and passed to the right person. It works in the background, inside your tools.

•My staff already use ChatGPT, Claude or another public AI. Is that a problem?

It is often the first risk we uncover during an assessment.

A contract pasted into a public AI to summarise it, a customer list to draft a mailing, an HR file to prepare an interview: these uses start with good intentions, but they expose personal and confidential data to a foreign service.

Banning it is not enough: your teams need those time savings. The answer is to give them an alternative that is just as convenient, but hosted in Switzerland and under your control. That is exactly what Helvira is for.

•How does well-designed business AI work?

Through a mix:
automation does most of the work, and AI steps in only where judgement is needed.

In the processes we analyse, many of the steps need no artificial intelligence at all. Retrieving an attachment, renaming a file, checking a UID number, creating an accounting entry: these are rules. A workflow carries them out without error, instantly, at almost no cost.

AI takes over when a rule is no longer enough: reading an invoice whose layout changes with every supplier, understanding that an e-mail is a complaint, summarising a forty-page contract, spotting an inconsistent receipt.

An all-AI solution is slow, expensive and sometimes unpredictable. An all-automation solution stumbles over the slightest exception. Together, they are fast, reliable, and know when to ask a human.

The journey of a document, from arrival to approval

01

It arrives

By e-mail, in a shared folder, through a form or at the end of a call. Processing starts on its own.

02

It is read

OCR and text structuring, with proven tools.

03

It is checked

IBAN, QR-bill, UID number, amounts, duplicates: everything a rule can verify is verified.

04

It is understood

To classify, summarise or draft, a local AI model comes into play. It only sees what it needs.

05

It is approved

When in doubt or when the stakes are high, a staff member receives the AI’s proposal with its reasoning. The human decides.

06

It is recorded

The result goes straight into your accounting, your ERP or your document management system. No copy and paste.

•A true story that could be yours

At a Geneva fiduciary firm, Sophie received around a hundred accounting documents every week. Open, check, file, enter. Three days a month.

Our engineer spent two days alongside her. Half of the work needed no AI at all: automatic sorting, a naming rule, direct filing. For the other half, the part that requires reading and spotting anomalies, he deployed Helvira, a model hosted in Switzerland that never sees the internet.

Six weeks later, Sophie no longer enters data. She reviews it. And her clients’ data has never left the country.

•By industry

Which tasks can AI automate in my industry?

01

Fiduciaries and financial services

Automatic sorting and entry of accounting documents in bexio or Abacus, consistency checks on files, preparation of questions for clients.

02

Property management

Tenant requests sorted by urgency, draft replies, forwarding to tradespeople, lease summaries.

03

Law firms and notaries

Searching the firm’s archives, case summaries, first drafts of deeds. Professional secrecy stays intact.

04

Architects and engineering firms

Analysis of tenders and specifications, extraction of requirements, site reports from voice notes.

05

Human resources

Pre-screening of applications against your criteria, points of attention flagged, final decision always made by a human.

06

Phone reception and customer service

Calls received on your 3CX, Yeastar or Asterisk phone system are transcribed, summarised and filed automatically. The request goes to the right colleague with a ready-made summary, and call-backs are scheduled without manual entry.

07

International organisations and NGOs in Geneva

Multilingual translation and summaries in a closed environment, confidential document management.

08

Industry and energy

Analysis of maintenance reports, summaries of sensor data, alerts written automatically for field teams.

•Should you give up public AI entirely?

No.
We use it when it truly makes sense, never by default.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and many others remain useful for writing marketing copy or exploring public information. If a use case benefits from them without touching sensitive data, we integrate them with anonymised data and your explicit consent. We stay open to every solution, public or private, as long as it serves your need.

But most of a business’s needs are met with well-designed automation and local models. Safer, often cheaper, and entirely yours.

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Your questions about AI in business

What is the best Swiss alternative to ChatGPT, Claude or other public AI?

An AI hosted in Switzerland, connected to your tools and respecting your access rights. Helvira, developed by 1SWISS1 in Geneva, was designed for exactly that.

Can an SME afford a private AI?

Yes. Helvira runs on our shared infrastructure in Geneva, with no servers to buy. Installation on your premises remains an option.

Is our data used to train models?

Never.

Do we need to have an AI project already?

No. The assessment is there precisely to identify the right use cases.

Can AI handle our phone calls?

Yes. We connect Helvira to your 3CX, Yeastar or Asterisk phone system to transcribe, summarise and route calls, without conversations ever leaving Switzerland.

What happens after the pilot?

The solution and its documentation belong to you. The subscription is optional.

Do you work outside Geneva?

Yes, throughout French-speaking Switzerland, and remotely for the rest of Switzerland.

The AI that matters is not the one people talk about. It is the one that works.

No flashy demo, no extra subscription. Processes that run better, teams freed from repetitive tasks, and data that stays in Switzerland.

Let’s start with one week.
